You will need swimming attire, 2 towels (1 to sit on whilst using the sauna) and a drink to ensure you stay hydrated. We have 2 changing rooms with shower facilities which you are welcome to use.
We have limited allocated parking spaces, however if these are in use, there are other carparks within walking distance.

Everybody’s threshold to hot and cold is different. If you are new to cold dipping, anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes is great, and then you can warm up in the sauna and begin the process again! Don’t put pressure on yourself, listen to your body and the more you participate in contrast therapy the easier it will get.
You will need to book either via the link on our socials, or through the website. We cannot accept cash or card on arrival.
There is no official rule, however we prefer to begin with a cold dip and then use the sauna. Depending on the time of day in which you visit this could differ. Ending on a cold dip in the morning is a good way to prepare you for a busy day, but if you attend in the evening it may be best to finish with a sauna session to allow your body to prepare for sleep. We ask that before entering the ice bath, you have a quick shower before each dip and to dry off before entering the sauna.
